T. Scott Yates

T. Scott Yates has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. T. Scott began their career in 1990 and held various managerial roles with companies such as USAF, Tech USA, Bresnan Communications, Comcast, and Telecommunications Systems, Inc. In 2012, they joined Comtech - TCS (formerly Telecommunications Systems) as the Director of Operations and Call Handling, where they led multiple technical teams and drove improvements in NG911 call handling operations. T. Scott also formulated and executed strategic projects to enhance customer experience and offer competitive products and services. In 2015, they became the Manager of Technical Operations at Comtech Telecommunications Corp., where they oversaw the installation and support teams and successfully deployed 17 9-1-1 call systems. Since 2021, they have been serving as the Senior Director of Operations at Comtech Telecommunications Corp.

T. Scott Yates attended the University of Wyoming from 1997 to 2000, where they studied Business Administration and Management. Prior to that, in 1995, they took College Core Studies at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. T. Scott'seducation history also includes attending the Community College of the Air Force from 1990 to 1993, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management.
