Kate Ko

Kate Ko is currently serving as a Director and Service Area Manager at WSP USA. Prior to this, Kate held various positions at Transportation Research Board and COMTO National. Kate also has experience as a Professional Associate, Senior Economist, and Economist at HDR. Kate holds a PhD in Applied Economics from the University of Minnesota, an MS in Applied Mathematics from California State University, Long Beach, and an MA in Economics from California State University, Long Beach.
