Blanca also developed and implemented policy/procedure for contract compliance, prepared and conducted program audits and site visits with stakeholders, and managed the talent management and workforce analytics for 9 counties throughout Arizona.
During their time at ComTrans, Blanca has been key in changing the corporate culture to a positive and trusting environment. Blanca has also successfully developed and implemented a plan for workforce reduction after business loss, while still maintaining the program active. Additionally, they have worked with executives and senior management to reduce business costs and meet yearly budget; increasing profitability by more than $200,000 within a two-month period.
Blanca Villalobos has a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University.
