Blanca Villalobos

Blanca Villalobos is the current Billing Manager at ComTrans. Blanca has over 7 years of experience in managing billing and payroll departments. Blanca has a keen eye for detail and is very organized, which has helped their in their previous positions.

In July 2014, Blanca started working at Home Assist Health as the Billing/Payroll Supervisor. Blanca was responsible for managing the billing and payroll departments, as well as implementing a new software for paperless billing and training all staff personnel.

In May 2015, Blanca started working at ComTrans/Global Medical Response as the Program Manager/Director. In this role, they were responsible for the daily operations of the Supervised Visitation Program and Transportation Services. Blanca also developed and implemented policy/procedure for contract compliance, prepared and conducted program audits and site visits with stakeholders, and managed the talent management and workforce analytics for 9 counties throughout Arizona.

During their time at ComTrans, Blanca has been key in changing the corporate culture to a positive and trusting environment. Blanca has also successfully developed and implemented a plan for workforce reduction after business loss, while still maintaining the program active. Additionally, they have worked with executives and senior management to reduce business costs and meet yearly budget; increasing profitability by more than $200,000 within a two-month period.

Blanca Villalobos has a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University.
