Gianni Nuti

Musician, pedagogist, musicologist, graduated with honors in guitar, graduated with honors in literature and philosophy and PhD in Cognitive and Experimental Psychology at the Université Paris Ouest Nanterre.

Gianni deals with didactics and psychology of music, is Associate Professor of General Didactics and teacher of integration pedagogy at the University of Valle d'Aosta and professor of Social Pedagogy at the Salesian University Institute of Turin, aggregated to the Pontifical University Salesian.

Between 2008 and 2018, Gianni held the position of Director of Social Policies of the Autonomous Region of Valle d'Aosta: in that capacity Gianni took on the role of member of the National Observatory for Childhood and Adolescence representing the regions Italian and national contact person for the Civil Service in the context of the Technical Coordination of Social Policies.

Since 2016 Gianni has been a member of the National Committee for the practical learning of music chaired by Luigi Berlinguer.
