Previously, Pawan held various senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, where responsibilities encompassed P&L management and expansion of the LATAM business through strategic acquisitions. Earlier career experiences include key positions at Jataayu Software, Pentasoft Technologies, and PAM Pharma, focusing on product management, project management, and business process re-engineering.
