Terriana Glass

Terriana Glass has a diverse work experience. Terriana worked as a Project Lead and Project Coordinator at Concentra from 2022 to present. Prior to that, they were a Medical Records Specialist at the Hypospadias Specialty Center from 2021 to 2022, where they modernized medical records and facilitated patient intake processes. From 2020 to 2021, they were a Health Records Technician at the University of Missouri Health Care, where they managed patient medical records and coordinated information requests. In 2019, they served as a Diversity Intern/Benefits and Payroll Assistant at Shelter Insurance Companies, where they provided support in payroll, benefits, and recruitment processes. Terriana also has experience as a Phlebotomist at Plasma Biological Services and as an Administrative Assistant at Senior Benefit Services in 2018. In 2017, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at Mercy, where they gathered and analyzed HR data to support strategic initiatives.

Terriana Glass pursued their education from 2016 to 2020 at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Terriana successfully obtained a Bachelor's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management during this time.
