Dana Dueck

Dana Dueck is an experienced leader in training and quality, currently serving as Sr. Director of Training and Quality and Sr. Director of Learning Services at Concentrix since June 2016. Dana oversees a global team comprising Learning Consultants, Instructional Designers, Media Developers, Editors, Content Engineers, Testers, and LMS support personnel. Prior to this, Dana held several roles at Convergys from September 1998 to May 2016, including Director of Learning Services and Performance Specialist, focusing on the telecommunications and entertainment sectors. Earlier experience includes roles as Instructional Designer, Trainer, and Customer Service Representative, alongside management in Human Resources at The Banff Centre. Dana holds an Executive MBA from the Haskayne School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Alberta.
