Kavita Dogra is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and client solutions. Currently serving as Associate Director Sales at Concentrix since February 2016, Kavita focuses on exceptional customer experience and engagement technologies. Previously, as Sr. Solution Architect at IBM, Kavita developed tailored outsourcing solutions. In a prior role as Vice President Sales at Active International, Kavita contributed to the company's start-up efforts in India, collaborating with senior executives. Earlier, at British Airways, Kavita held multiple positions, including Marketing Exec for South Asia, where strategic marketing initiatives led to significant revenue growth.
