Nitesh Saxena is an accomplished operations and customer service leader with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Director of Training & Quality at Concentrix since April 2022, Nitesh oversees the Training & Quality function for West India, managing numerous projects focused on ideation, automation, customer experience, and transition deliverables. Previously, as Senior Director of Customer Service Operations & Experience at Upstox, Nitesh leveraged technology to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency while managing multiple outsourced contact centers. Nitesh also held key leadership positions at Fareportal, achieving significant revenue growth and improved customer satisfaction metrics, and held various operational roles at WNS Global Services and Tech Mahindra. Nitesh holds an MBA in Operations Management from ICFAI, completed in 2018.
