Dominic Michael Alvarez

Dominic Michael Alvarez, RMEE, CBP, CHD, CLSSYB, serves as the Applied Engineering Head at Concepcion-Carrier Air Conditioning Company since December 2014, where responsibilities include managing engineering support to enhance sustainability and customer satisfaction within the HVAC sector. Previously, Dominic held roles as Products and Systems Technical Lead and Application Engineering Lead, driving innovation and technical expertise while developing frameworks for training and process improvements. With a solid foundation in mechanical engineering, including a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University of the Philippines, Dominic is recognized for establishing high-performance teams and implementing digital transformation initiatives across various engineering functions. Earlier career experiences include roles in sales engineering and application engineering, as well as an internship focused on energy efficiency in HVAC systems at MERALCO.
