Laurette McNear

Laurette McNear has extensive experience in recruitment and information technology, currently serving as a Recruiter at CONCERN - Professional Services for Children, Youth and Families since December 2016, focusing on securing stable and qualified homes for children and youth. Previously, Laurette worked as an Application Developer and IT Generalist at The IBS Group LLC from September 2013 to September 2015, and spent nearly two decades at Christian Stronghold Church as a Network Administrator and Supervisor for the Pastoral Staff Support Center. Early career experience includes a role as an Administrative Assistant at the Center For Urban Theological Studies from February 1992 to February 1994. Laurette holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Virginia Union University, earned between 1973 and 1978.
