Carol Frey has extensive work experience in the insurance industry, specializing in areas such as business development, marketing, underwriting, and risk management. Carol currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Business Development at Concert Group®, where they work with MGA/MGU, Captive Managers, Retail partners, or Insureds interested in risk taking and delegated authority. Prior to their current role, Carol worked at Top Notch Consulting Services as a Career Coach, Career Minded Recruiter & Beekeeper, utilizing their expertise in the commercial P&C large risk, program, and captive sectors. Carol also held the position of Divisional Vice President - Alternative Markets Division at Great American Insurance, where they were responsible for new business pipeline and supporting various captive structures. Before that, they worked at ACE USA, where they held multiple roles such as VP Regional Underwriting Manager, National Sales and Client Retention, Vice President, Branch Management/Client Retention, Vice President, Alternative Risk Marketing, Global Casualty Underwriting Manager, Executive Underwriter, and Financial Management Supervisor. At ACE USA, Carol managed large commercial risk business, supervised underwriting teams, developed business relationships, and provided expertise in alternative risk and captive opportunities. Their experience spans over three decades, demonstrating their deep knowledge and expertise in the insurance industry.

Carol Frey obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Business from the University of Delaware, which they attended from 1978 to 1982. Later, they pursued their Master of Business Administration specializing in Finance & Organizational Behavior from the same university, completing it from 1987 to 1992.
