Jessica Ken

Jessica Ken is an accomplished data science professional with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Data Science at ConcertAI since November 2020, Jessica has also held the roles of Data Science Manager and Senior Data Scientist there. Prior to ConcertAI, Jessica was a Senior UX Research Analyst at Crunchyroll and a Senior Analyst at both Veradigm and Syapse. Additional experience includes positions as a Senior Analyst at Practice Fusion, a Data Analyst at Kaiser Permanente's Division of Research, and marketing and research internships at HITLAB Healthcare Innovation Lab and the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. Jessica holds a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology and Public Health Informatics from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Science: Physiology & Metabolism from the University of California, Berkeley.
