April Brown

April Brown has extensive experience in product development, currently serving as the Director of New Product Development at Concora Credit since October 2006, where responsibilities include leading the creation of new direct-to-consumer products to diversify the company's offerings. Prior to this role, April held various positions at VW Credit, Inc. from 2000 to 2006, including Manager of Systems Development and Customer Care Section Leader. April holds a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior Analysis and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from Western Michigan University.
