Guido Leu currently serves as the Head of Human Resources Development at CONCORDIA since February 2012 and is the Founder of Positive Psychology for individuals und companies, providing consulting, coaching, seminars, workshops, and team development since January 2010. Previously, Guido Leu worked as a Senior Consultant at AmPuls Market Research AG from January 2003 to December 2011. Academic credentials include a Dr. phil. in Social and Economic Psychology from the University of Zurich and a Lic. phil. in Psychology from the University of Basel, alongside Executive Leadership Development training from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
