David A. Muench

David A. Muench is an experienced professional in ministerial care and support, currently serving as the Director of Ministerial Care at Concordia Plan Services since May 2011. Prior to this role, David held the position of Executive Director of Ministerial Growth and Support for the Lutheran Church--Missouri Synod from July 2005 to December 2010. David's earlier experience includes serving as Associate Pastor and Executive Director of Windgate Christian Counseling at St. John Lutheran Church from June 1999 to May 2005, and as Regional Director at Lutheran Family Services of NE, Inc from January 1997 to May 1999. David also served as Sr. Pastor at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Utica, NE from May 1988 to January 1997. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Development and the Family from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, a Master of Divinity in Theology from Concordia Seminary, and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology/English from Concordia University, Nebraska.
