Seth Spain

Seth Spain serves as the Chair and Associate Professor in the Department of Management at Concordia University's John Molson School of Business. Previously, Seth held the position of Assistant Professor of Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources at the same institution. Prior academic experience includes serving as an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior and Leadership at Binghamton University, a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and an Instructor/Lecturer at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
