Derek Rodgers

Derek Rodgers is a Senior Engineering Manager at Concourse Federal Group since May 2023 and has been serving as the Chief Operating Officer of The Model Behavior, a 501c3 charity, since June 2017. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Engineering North America at Cronos Group, Senior Engineering Manager and Manufacturing Manager at Lord Jones, and Maintenance and Reliability Manager at The WhiteWave Foods Company. Derek also held various engineering and managerial positions at General Mills and General Motors, starting as a Mechanical Engineer. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Howard University and a Master of Science in Manufacturing Operations from Kettering University.
