Tamara L. Barner

Tamara L. Barner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery and legal counsel. Currently serving as Vice President of Services at SAP Concur since December 2011, Tamara manages the North America Public Sector Service Account Team, overseeing customer accounts throughout their life-cycle. Previous roles at SAP Concur include Senior Director of Service Delivery for both the North America Public Sector and Global Accounts, showcasing a strong background in customer implementation and support. Previously, Tamara held legal positions at the Federal Bureau of Investigation, providing counsel on discovery matters and IT compliance, along with project management roles at Monsanto and the Department of Justice. Tamara holds a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law Center and a BSBA in Accounting from The University of Tulsa.
