Gabriel Vieira

Gabriel Vieira has a diverse work experience in the technology and software engineering field. Gabriel started their career in 2000 as an Operational Assistant and later worked as a PHP Developer and User Support Analyst at Fundacentro. Gabriel then joined Esaude.com as a System Analyst and Programmer, where they developed products and managed software projects. Gabriel also worked as a Planning Assistant and Software Engineer at the Prefeitura Municipal de Florianópolis, focusing on developing solutions for public health.

In 2003, Gabriel became a Teacher at UNISUL, before transitioning to the role of Senior Software Engineer and later Gerente de Desenvolvimento de Software at Instituto de Estudos Avançados - IEA. In addition to project management and client support responsibilities, they also focused on developing scalable and innovative solutions in the field of EaD (Education at a Distance).

Gabriel then worked as a Consultant in Technology and Software Engineer at Evolução Ágil, where they provided process improvement and customized software development services. Gabriel also held the position of Gerente de Tecnologia at Aero TD Faculdade de Tecnologia, managing technology teams and overseeing the development of ed-tech solutions.

From 2016 to 2019, Gabriel worked as a Product Manager at Instituto Stela, where they defined product roadmaps and managed teams to deliver successful outcomes. Most recently, they worked at CondoConta as a Tech Lead and later as Diretor de Engenharia de Software, leading software engineering teams and ensuring the quality and architecture of solutions.

Throughout their career, Gabriel has demonstrated expertise in technology leadership, project management, software development, and client relationship management. Gabriel has a strong focus on innovation, scalability, and delivering high-quality solutions.

Gabriel Vieira has an extensive education history in various fields. Gabriel obtained a Master's degree in Engineering and Knowledge Management from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed a course on Advanced Topics in Business Strategy at the University of La Verne in 2012.

In 2010, Gabriel pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Gestão de Projetos at Universidade Candido Mendes. During the same time period, they also earned another MBA degree from the same institution, specializing in Gestão de Pessoas.

Before their MBA studies, Gabriel completed a Tecnólogo em Redes de Computadores (Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications) program at Universidade Estacio de Sá from 2005 to 2007. To further supplement their skills, they obtained the CSM – Certified Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance in May 2010.

Lastly, in the early phase of their education, Gabriel earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences from Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina between 1998 and 2002.
