Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Coney Park, Silvana is also the President and CEO of Expertia Travel, overseeing a diverse portfolio of tourism companies in South America. Additionally, Silvana holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Condor Travel and serves as General Manager for NMViajes, both companies under the Carlyle Group. Previous roles include Corporate CFO at Expertia Travel, CFO at LATAM Airlines, and various managerial positions at American Airlines and Antamina. Silvana's academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Maryland and executive education from MIT Sloan School of Management and NYU Stern School of Business, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima.
