Heike Neu

Heike Neu has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Heike began their career in the aviation industry with roles at Lufthansa GTS Dublin and Air France ESSC London, focusing on client services and operational support.

Heike then transitioned into the digital advertising industry, taking on roles at Yahoo! Deutschland GmbH as a media account manager and eventually becoming the Head of Media Account Management for Germany. Heike also had a stint as the Acting Manager Account Management in Barcelona.

Heike further expanded their skill set in the programmatic advertising field at Yieldr, where they served as the Director of Global Supply for Yieldr Ads, handling partnership development, deal management, yield management, and team management. Heike also held the position of Head of Strategic Partnerships & Business Development for Yieldr Air.

At Ve Global, they worked as a Senior Account Manager before joining Searchmetrics (part of Conductor), where they held several key positions. These included being the Team Lead for Key Account Management Europe, Head of Key Accounts EU for Client Success & Account Management, and finally, the VP of Customer Success EMEA at Conductor.

Heike's work experience reflects their expertise in client success, key account management, media account management, digital advertising, and business development within the aviation and digital marketing sectors.

Heike Neu holds an M.A. degree in English and Education from the University of Mannheim. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Mental Health First Aider from the Central Institute of Mental Health in 2022 and as a PSM I from Scrum.org in 2017.
