John Eaton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. John started their career in 2007 at Zipcar as a Member Services Associate, where they managed regional accidents and resolved member issues. In 2010, they joined Seedco and worked as a Helpdesk & Training Associate, providing user support and training for public benefits screening software. John also served as a QA Associate for Seedco's EarnBenefits project, developing and executing a comprehensive testing suite. John then moved on to iMentor in 2012, where they worked as a QA Engineer, developing automated testing suites and executing SQL queries.

In 2013, John joined Conductor, where they held various roles. John started as a QA Engineer, developing an automated testing suite and training developers in test writing and QA best practices. John later became a QA Lead, designing and building Conductor's CI system and developing scalable test infrastructure. John then transitioned into a QA Manager role, overseeing QA workload and directing other engineers. John eventually moved into software engineering roles at Conductor, serving as a Senior Software Engineer and a Tech Lead, designing and implementing full-stack applications, introducing React/Redux into the frontend tech stack, and leading teams.

Most recently, John has been working at Conductor as the Director of Software Engineering, leading the software engineering department. John has extensive experience in software development, QA management, and technical leadership.

John Eaton attended the University of New Hampshire from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued a double major in English and Classics. John graduated with a degree in these fields.
