Michael Baldwin

Michael Baldwin is an experienced Environmental Project Manager at Coneco Engineers & Scientists, Inc. since October 2016, specializing in providing planning and oversight for remedial actions in compliance with federal and state guidelines, conducting environmental sampling, and performing ASTM-compliant Phase I and II site assessments.
