Valeria Andreis

Valeria Andreis has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Valeria is currently working at Conekta as a Project Leader for the Merchants Tools team, where they manage and leads the development of the CheckOut and Payment Link product. Valeria utilizes Agile Scrum framework and OKR methodology for project management.

Prior to Conekta, Valeria worked at Tenaris for over 10 years. Valeria started as a Senior Functional Analyst and later became a Project Leader. In their role, they led IT projects for the Human Resources and Supply Chain departments, utilizing Agile methodology. Valeria coordinated the project team's work and identified deliverables and necessary activities for project completion. Valeria also conducted functional analysis and requirement identification with users, created functional documentation, and designed test cases.

Before Tenaris, Valeria worked as a Senior Functional Analyst at Riera, where they briefly analyzed functional requirements. Valeria also worked at Toyota as a Senior Functional Analyst, where they conducted requirement analysis and documentation, designed and monitored user requirements, provided solutions to user needs, and built and designed the necessary data models.

Valeria also has experience as a Senior Consultant at Paradigma, where they worked in a PMO for the IT department. Valeria'sresponsibilities included project monitoring, objective tracking, progress reporting, and managing dashboards.

Furthermore, Valeria worked at Inworx as a Senior Functional Analyst, responsible for designing software solutions for the insurance industry. Valeria also monitored project objectives, coordinated projects, provided training to clients, and conducted evaluation studies.

In addition, Valeria worked at DISCO - Virtual as a Senior Functional Analyst, where they performed requirement analysis, implemented system modifications, and monitored progress and compliance with agreed-upon deadlines. Valeria also coordinated internal teams and provided training and motivation.
