Dwane Arnott

Dwane Arnott has extensive experience in maintenance and operations management, currently serving as the Maintenance Manager at Conestoga Cold Storage since May 1994. Prior to this role, Dwane worked at Big Bear - Waste Management from April 1989 to May 1994, where responsibilities included dispatch operations, driving, and supervising drivers. Dwane's career began at Don J Pestell Ltd. from January 1979 to May 1989, undertaking various tasks such as truck shop maintenance, driving, and supervising shavings production. Dwane completed education at Conestoga College from 1987 to 1988 and attended Waterloo Oxford from 1980 to 1984.
