Chrp Rebecca Overgaard

Rebecca Overgaard, CHRP, has worked in various human resources roles throughout their career. Rebecca started their most recent role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Conestoga College in June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at the Halton Catholic District School Board, where they held multiple positions including Human Resources Advisor, Human Resources Assistant (Recruitment), and Acting Recruitment Officer. Rebecca was also employed at Compass Group Canada, where they served as a Compensation Administrator, Human Resources Coordinator, and Human Resources Co-op Student. Their experience spans from 2014 to the present.

Rebecca Overgaard, CHRP has a diverse education history. In 2009, they began their undergraduate studies at Wilfrid Laurier University and completed their Honours Bachelor Degree in History in 2013. Following this, in 2013, Rebecca enrolled at George Brown College, where they pursued a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management, which they completed in 2014.

Additionally, Rebecca has obtained the certification of Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association in July 2015.
