Jason Toporowski

Jason Toporowski has a diverse work experience in the fields of human resources and talent acquisition. Jason is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Conestoga College since June 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Talent Acquisition Consultant and Recruitment Specialist at Grand River Hospital from November 2021 to June 2023. Jason also worked as a Human Resources Associate at Thrive Group from May 2021 to November 2021 and as a Talent Sourcing Specialist at Revera Inc. from August 2020 to May 2021. Jason's earlier experience includes managerial roles at Lutherwood, where they served as a Manager from July 2013 to April 2019, a Culinary Supervisor from June 2011 to July 2013, and a Food Service Worker from January 2007 to June 2011. In their managerial role at Lutherwood, Jason established training protocols, supervised staff, and handled client billing and catering arrangements.

Jason Toporowski attended the University of Waterloo from 2012 to 2020, where they obtained their Honours Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Their studies focused on Human Resources Management and Business Management Studies.
