Tina Baksh has a diverse work experience in the education and employment sectors. Tina started their career in 1998 as an Employment Advisor at Lutherwood, where they provided guidance and support to individuals seeking employment. In 2005, they joined Conestoga College and worked as a Career Work Coach, assisting clients with various career challenges and facilitating workshops. Tina then transitioned to the role of an Employer Relations Consultant, acting as the primary college contact for businesses and helping with student and graduate recruitment. Tina also served as a Continuing Education Facilitator and a Manager of Community Partnerships & College Collaboration at Conestoga College. Currently, they hold the position of Program Manager in the School of Trades and Apprenticeship, overseeing program operations. Tina's work experience demonstrates their expertise in career coaching, employer relations, and program management.

Tina Baksh has a Bachelor of Business Management degree in Business Administration and Management from Athabasca University, obtained in 2021. Prior to that, they earned an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration - Management Studies from Conestoga College, which they completed between 1997 and 2000.
