Tony White has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Tony started their career in 1992, establishing Tony White Training where they worked as a Global Executive & Team Coach, Trainer, Facilitator & Consultant. In this role, they facilitated practical learning and change initiatives with organizations globally. Tony also wrote a book called "Make it Happen - A Practical Handbook for Team Leaders, Project Managers and Facilitators to Build, Facilitate and Repair High Performance Teams."
In 1987, Tony joined Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology as an Online Business Faculty and later took on additional responsibilities as an Employer Liaison, reaching out to employers to promote business services and programs. Tony also served as a Coordinator, Consultant, and Instructor, developing continuing education programs and partnering with businesses to develop strategic training plans.
Tony has also worked at Conestoga College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning as an Online Business Faculty, and at Durham College as an Online Business Faculty in the School of Business, IT & Management.
Additionally, Tony has experience as an Online Faculty in the School of Public Safety & Security at the Justice Institute of British Columbia.
In 2015, Tony joined Husky Injection Molding Systems as a Change Management Internal Consultant, and in 2006, they held the position of Major Shareholder & Director at Celtrade Canada Inc.
Throughout their career, Tony has acquired various certifications and specialized training in change management, coaching, facilitation, and leadership development.
Tony White completed their high school education and obtained a High School Diploma from North Albion Collegiate Institute between 1974 and 1979. Tony then pursued a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Sport Management from Western University, completing them between 1981 and 1986. In 1988, Tony attended Seneca College and obtained an Adult Education Diploma between 1988 and 1990. Later, in 2009 and 2010, they attended Adler Graduate Professional School to study Professional Coaching. Tony has also obtained additional certifications, including a Change Management Specialist (CMS) from the Management & Strategy Institute in August 2020 and a Certified Training Practitioner (CTP) from the Canadian Society for Training and Development, although the specific dates of obtaining the latter certification are unknown.
