Quality Control Manager For Precast/ready Mix

Conewago, a leading manufacturer in the precast/concrete industry is currently seeking an energetic and experienced Quality Control Manager for our Precast/Concrete plant. 

Qualifications for Position include the following:

• Thorough knowledge of the operations involved in producing quality precast/pre-stressed concrete products.
• Ability to supervise a staff to implement and maintain the procedures in the PCI Manual
• Ability to understand and implement contract specification requirements, ASTM Standards, State DOT specifications, and PCI Quality standards and product specifications.
• ACI Levels I certification preferred
• PCI Inspector Certification 1,2 & 3 preferred
• Able to understand complex fabrication drawings
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and people skills
• Excellent knowledge of computers and electronic file management – Excel, Word
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
