Hannah Prussin is an accomplished education leader with extensive experience in talent management, instructional design, and leadership development. Currently serving as a Talent & Innovation Strategy Fellow at Coney Island Prep and Education Pioneers, Hannah specializes in performance management and strategic support for education organizations in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. Previous roles include Consultant Trainer and Leadership Coach at Ramapo for Children, where support focused on trauma-informed practices and inclusive school climates, and Educational Consultant at Lavinia Group, emphasizing leader and teacher development.
