Jefferson Leite currently serves as a Production Scheduler II at Belgo Bekaert Arames, where responsibilities include analytical planning and production monitoring for complex sectors such as agriculture, oil, automotive, construction, and export. Jefferson Leite has demonstrated the ability to address daily production challenges with effective solutions under tight industry deadlines. Previously, Jefferson Leite held roles as Scheduler Assist and Training Engineer, focusing on maintenance and industrial engineering, where significant improvements were made to machine efficiency through strategic planning and analysis. Additionally, since January 2023, Jefferson Leite has been an Instructor II for the Eletromecânica course at SENAI - Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Industrial.
