Chuck Awe

Chuck Awe has extensive experience in education and technology. Currently serving as an Elementary School Science Teacher at Explore Schools since August 2021, Chuck leads Science instruction for grades K-5, fostering innovative engagement and critical thinking among scholars. Additionally, Chuck holds dual roles as a STEM Teacher and Elementary Math Teacher at Horizons National since June 2022, and has been the Director of A New Day Project - S.(T.)E.M. Programs since November 2018. Previous experience includes working as an Information Technology Consultant at Macktez, where Chuck provided IT support and managed network solutions for various clients, and as a Data Associate and Technology Operations member at Democracy Prep Public Schools. Earlier roles encompassed research assistance at Rutgers University's Mind Brain Analysis Labs and building management within Rutgers University Student Life, contributing to a diverse professional background grounded in both educational and technological expertise. Chuck Awe holds a degree from Rutgers University - Newark, earned between 2006 and 2012.
