Kaushlendra Sinha

Kaushlendra Sinha is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations, policy, and sales across various sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer - International at the Confederation of Indian Industry since July 2021, Kaushlendra has previously held significant leadership roles in organizations such as Shapoorji Pallonji Group as Senior Vice President and Central Square Foundation as Director - Policy & Advocacy. With earlier positions at APCO Worldwide and Sterling and Wilson, Kaushlendra has demonstrated expertise in corporate affairs and communication. Kaushlendra's tenure at the Confederation of Indian Industry included leadership in multiple regional capacities, overseeing operations in Eastern, Western, and African regions. Kaushlendra's career began at Tata AIG Life Insurance and Business Standard Ltd, where responsibilities included institutional sales and channel management. Kaushlendra holds an MBA in Marketing from LNM Institute of Economic Development & Social Change and a Bachelor’s degree from the College of Commerce, Patna.
