Wanda Bell is currently the Vice President of Learning & Development at the Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS). Prior to this, Wanda held positions as Director of Learning and Development at both Vonage and MetLife. Wanda also has experience as a Training Manager at UTHSCSA. Additionally, Wanda has a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Loyola University Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Science Education from the University of Maryland.
