Michael Salony

Michael Salony has over three decades of experience in operational management and customer resource leadership. Currently serving as the Customer Resource Lead and Operations Manager at The Conference Group since September 2007, Michael oversees the operations and scheduling of operators, specifically managing large calls. Prior to this role, Michael was a District Manager at Combined Insurance from 1992 to 2007. Michael is an alumnus of the University of Delaware and St. Mark's.
