Fidelis Agboli started their work experience in 2010 as a Registered Process Server at One Touch Legal Services. From 2013 to 2017, they worked as a Court Operations Specialist at Pacific Coast Legal Services. In 2014, they became a Consumer Debt Buyer at Debt Concepts, where they worked until 2017. In 2018, they joined Claro Enterprise Solutions as a Sales Operations Analyst until 2019. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Assurant, first as a Process Assurance Analyst and then as a Process Assurance Supervisor. Currently, they are working at Confidence Systems, where they started as a Business Process Specialist in 2022 and later became a Customer Success Manager in 2023.

Fidelis Agboli pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Miami Herbert Business School from 2017 to 2019. During this time, their focus of study was in Business Technology and Management Science. Before their MBA, Agboli obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from California State University-Sacramento between 2006 and 2009. Additionally, Agboli has obtained two certifications: a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the University of Miami's Howard H. Gitlow in December 2018 and an Emerging Leaders Certification from The BB&T Leadership Institute in February 2017.
