Tyler Xiao

Tyler Xiao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in production and quality management. Currently serving as QA Manager at Confidex Ltd. since June 2017, Tyler also holds the position of Production Manager at the same company, overseeing two workshops and a warehouse with a workforce exceeding 100 employees. Responsibilities include leading daily operations and managing productivity, quality, and cost control. Previously, Tyler was an Assistant Production Manager at Confidex Ltd. from January 2014 to July 2015 and held roles as Production Supervisor and Quality Engineer at Avery Dennison from September 2002 to January 2014.
