Teresa Miranda

Teresa Miranda is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in managing HR departments across various companies. Currently, Teresa serves as a Human Resources Sr Manager at Confie since May 2017. Previously, Teresa held positions such as Human Resources General Supervisor at SMK Electronics and Human Resources Manager at Right Hand Synergy and ARRIS, where responsibilities included policy development, recruitment processes, training implementations, and managing labor relations. Teresa's career began at Springs Window Fashions, where a significant transition management of personnel from 300 to 1300 associates was successfully executed. Teresa holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Instituto Tecnologico de Tijuana.
