Kim Waters

Kim Waters is an experienced professional in content management and product specialization, currently serving as the Content Experience Manager at Confience since May 2024. In this role, Kim is responsible for optimizing the omnichannel experience surrounding various content forms, including blogs, videos, and customer communications. Previously, Kim held the position of Lead Product Specialist at Confience, where responsibilities included managing the proposal process for the Sample Master® Laboratory Information Management System from August 2018 to May 2024. Prior to that, Kim worked as a Product Specialist and Sales Representative at Accelerated Technology Laboratories, Inc. Kim holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Coastal Carolina University, earned between 1996 and 2000.
