Aleš Rašťák

Ale Quintero is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Head of Design at Cooler since July 2023. Prior to this role, Ale was the Lead Product Designer at Healthy Together, where efforts focused on innovating health and human services from April 2021 to June 2023. Ale also held the position of Lead Experience Designer at Sofía, reimagining health insurance from March 2019 to April 2021, and served as the Founding Designer at Knoable, Inc. from February 2018 to February 2019. As a freelance designer from December 2011 to February 2018, Alejandra Quintero Design assisted early-stage companies in creating exceptional brand experiences. Additionally, as Co-Founder/Designer at The Handsome Pig, Ale played a key role in product concept and business strategy from January 2014 to January 2016. Experience also includes design work at Rehilete Estudio Creativo and Fundacion Comunitaria Oaxaca A.C., as well as a Junior Designer role at Decofuego Chimeneas | Grupo Imaco. Ale holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
