Allie Shareghi is a seasoned program manager currently leading the User Support function at Configura since April 2023, managing a global team of 12 support members and ensuring the success of customer support operations. Prior to Configura, Allie served as Onsite Support Supervisor at MCPc from February 2017 to March 2023, directing large onsite teams and overseeing IT asset management for clients such as Amway, MillerKnoll, and Meijer. Additional experience includes roles as a Service Desk Technician at Amway, IT Support Center Analyst at Meijer, Computer Lab Assistant at Grand Valley State University, and a Design Thinking Intern at the same institution. Allie's career began at Home Depot as a cashier and at Southwestern Michigan College as a Student Activity Center Attendant. Allie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Grand Valley State University, earned between 2011 and 2015.
