Fred Werth

Fred Werth is an experienced educator and professional with a diverse background in both teaching and sales. Currently serving as a Chemistry and Biology Teacher at Confluence Academies since May 2022, Fred previously worked as a Substitute Teacher in the St. Charles R-VI School District from August 2021 to May 2022. Before transitioning to education, Fred held various roles at Buckeye International, Inc. from September 1999 to December 2018, including Assistant Director of the Reflections Specialty Coatings Program, Field Sales Manager, and Sales Representative. Fred's earlier career included service in the US Army from May 1995 to September 1999, culminating as a 1LT Chemical Corps Officer, with responsibilities in operations management, intelligence, and combat leadership. Fred earned a Bachelor of Science degree with distinction in Biology from Virginia Military Institute and completed advanced military education in nuclear, biological, and chemical warfare and defense.
