Harshani Waduge

Harshani Waduge has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple companies. Harshani started their current role as a Market Data Business Analyst at Confluence in June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) from 2020 to 2023 as a Senior Executive in Market Data Compliance. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Customer Engagement Specialist and Training and Quality Specialist at Hatton National Bank PLC. Before that, they had two roles at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) from 2014 to 2018. Harshani started as a Real Time Administrator and later became a Real Time Supervisor in Information Services. Finally, from 2006 to 2014, Harshani worked as a Fund Administrator at HSBC.

Harshani Waduge pursued their education with dedication, starting in 2009 when they attended NIBM and obtained an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration and Management. After taking a break from their studies, they enrolled at the University of Bedfordshire in 2017 and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance in 2019.
