Nguyen Doan has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. They began their career with an internship at PwC in 2013, working in the Transfer Pricing Division. Following this, they joined Aon Vietnam Company Limited in 2014 as an Account Executive, where they provided support to clients, advised on insurance, and supported the sales team. They were later promoted to Senior Account Executive and then Deputy Manager, taking on additional responsibilities such as account management, training, and championing internal tools.
In 2017, Nguyen briefly worked at vsource.io as a Client Solutions Manager, focusing on sourcing projects, product development, and enhancing business relationships.
Since 2018, Nguyen has been working at Confluence, initially as an Associate Business Support Analyst. In this role, they provided support to clients, led a team of six members, and implemented projects for new and existing clients. They were later promoted to Business Support Analyst, where their responsibilities included client support, team leadership, and project implementation. They currently hold the position of Senior Business Support Analyst at Confluence.
Nguyen Doan obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Finance from Foreign Trade University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their degree, Nguyen Doan also obtained certifications in customer success management. They received the Certified Customer Success Manager - Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER in May 2020, and the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 2 certification from the same institution in June 2022.
