Tom Wieczorek

Tom Wieczorek has a strong background in product management and analytics within the financial services industry. Tom is currently serving as the Head of Analytics Product Management at Confluence, where they are responsible for various portfolio analytics functions. Prior to joining Confluence, Tom held the role of Chief Product Officer at KOR Financial. Tom also has extensive experience with UnaVista, London Stock Exchange, where they served as the MD Global Product Management, and as the Global Head of Product Management for UnaVista at London Stock Exchange Group. Before that, they worked as the VP of Products at NexJ Systems, where they played a crucial role in overseeing the direction of financial services products. Tom's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Product Management at Workbrain, and Product Marketing/Management Manager at Siebel Systems. Tom started their career as a Business Development Manager at Janna Systems.

Tom Wieczorek completed their MBA in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Queen's University in 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Engineering from the University of Waterloo from 1990 to 1995. It is also noted that they obtained another BASc degree from the University of Waterloo in Mechanical Engineering, although the start and end years for this degree are not specified.
