Wayan Sugiantara

Wayan Sugiantara has extensive work experience in the software engineering field. Wayan is currently employed at Confluence Technologies as a Senior Software Engineer/Technical Lead, where they lead a development team remotely from Bali, Indonesia. Prior to this, they worked at Brady Communications as a Senior .Net Developer and at CIBER as a .Net Developer. Wayan also worked as a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of Pittsburgh, where they designed and developed tools for visualization and analysis of spatial data warehouse. Wayan has held the position of Project Manager at GE Indonesia, where they oversaw the implementation of mobile banking systems and corporate intranet applications. In addition, Wayan has worked as a Senior Software Engineer at GDI, where they developed ETL tools and data warehouse systems. Wayan began their career at PT Mitrais as a Software Engineer, working on the development of a rich GUI client for an ERP system. Prior to PT Mitrais, they were a Software Engineer at Multipolar Corp., where they developed GUI clients for banking legacy systems and maintained installations at national banks in Indonesia.

Wayan Sugiantara completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Bandung Institute of Technology, from 1993 to 1998. Wayan later pursued a Master's degree in Health Information Systems from the University of Pittsburgh, from 2004 to 2005.
