Jennifer Hamma

Jennifer Hamma, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as the Director of HRIS at Confluent Health since May 2022. Prior experience includes leadership roles in HR technology, analytics, and total rewards at UofL Health, where Jennifer developed and managed compensation and benefits strategies, as well as health and welfare plan administration. Jennifer's background also encompasses roles as a Human Resource Business Partner and various capacities in organizational development at the University of Louisville Physicians. Earlier career experience includes HR management positions at Path Forward of Kentucky, along with formative roles at Red Robin and Yum! Brands. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Education from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from the University of Iowa.
