Chiara Celesia Moore, PHR, is a seasoned professional in talent operations and systems, currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Talent Systems & Reporting at Confluent since January 2020, with interim responsibilities as Head of Global Talent Operations. Prior experience includes various managerial roles at Medallia, focusing on global people operations and candidate experience.
